Outbound Sales Executive

Job Summary The Outbound Sales Reps (Inside Based) responsibilities include creating end user demand for products and services via outbound sales calls. They will manage a new or existing sales territory with moderate or lower market share and will be responsible to grow sales, increase customer engagement and expand self-service web utilization.  Additionally, Outbound Reps will develop opportunities and create high market share customers.  The position requires both relationship building and new business development.  


Responsibilities/Requirements:  

•        Ability to complete a high volume of outbound calls daily that result in increased sales and customer engagement 

•        Be able to overcome objections and meet or exceed monthly sales goals  

•        Possess strong communication skills and ability to influence decision making 

•        Ability to adapt to changing customer and business needs.  

•        Be organized, agile and a forward thinker 

•        Ability to create urgency with customers to make buying decisions 

•        Technical skills with the ability to utilize all provided sales tools (CRM, SAP, Excel) to maximize customer spend opportunities.  


Qualifications:  

•        Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 2 years sales experience 

•        Proven experience in closing sales and maintaining a loyal customer base via the phone  

•        Goal driven; known for exceeding sales goal and expectations 

•        Self-motivated: strong work ethic and have a desire to control their income 

•        Strong organizational skills, time management and follow-up skills

Working Days: 5 Days Working; Monday- Friday (7 PM to 4.30 AM)
